User I.D. and P.I.N. numbers are required for off-campus access to most subscription-based library resources.

USER ID -- McNeese faculty, staff, and students:
Your USER ID is comprised of your Banner number, plus 2 digits:
"01" for faculty and staff
"02" for students
Do not include any dashes or spaces.
Examples:
00000666601 (faculty and staff User ID)
00000555502 (student User ID)

PIN NUMBER -- McNeese faculty, staff, and students:
PIN numbers are unique identifiers for McNeese faculty, staff & students.  Most PIN numbers are CHANGEME.  If CHANGEME does not work, phone (337) 475-5725, email reference@mcneese.edu, or instant message a librarian to obtain your correct PIN.

To change your PIN, go to http://library.mcneese.edu and click on "Find Books, etc" to open the library catalog. Click on the "My Account" link and then click on "User PIN Change".
